Available seven rail panels suitable for cattle and sheep. Components the same as portable yard plus 2 loading extensions, 3m bowbar and loading ramp.
The portable yards can be made any size with a race to hold extra stock. All components pack inside the trailer for easy transportation. Entry gate can be placed anywhere around the pen. All gates have spring loaded latches. The headbail provides restraint and facilitates ear tagging, drenching, dehorning and eye and teeth treatment. The floor lifts up to become a loading ramp and the side opening gates allow for vet access and AI technician. For transportation, the yards stack inside the ramp and the wheels winch down for transporting.

We will visit the site for the yards and discuss how best to plan the yards to ensure easy management of stock and ensure the process is cost effective for the farmer. A plan is then designed to suit the layout for cattle flow and transport movement.
We also manufacture gates for new and existing wooden yards. Weigh crates and crushes are also manufactured. Weighing equipment is sourced from Gallagher Animal Management and Trutest. We also provide repairs to load bars and upgrade of indicators.
The growth of the dairy industry has seen a higher demand for teat seal trailers. Veterinary practices within the dairy industry are using teat sealing more commonly and the trailer has been specifically designed to accommodate this.

The Permbrand Cow Lifter is a fully mobile unit with two geared winches that assist with the safe lifting of sick cows via the ‘Shoof’ Quick Lift and the Daisy-Lifter
Also supplied is a feed or water bin to aid recovery.
